By using our website or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including suspected fraud or policy abuse.
2. Products and Availability
All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Afterpay, Klarna, and Sezzle.
When selecting a BNPL option, you agree to the provider’s individual terms and credit agreements. Zenith Noire Beauty is not responsible for any late fees, interest, or contract terms imposed by these third-party payment processors.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional time.
Once an order is submitted and a change or modification is needed please contact customersupport@zenithnoire.com immediately for assistance.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Zenith Noire Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once tracking is issued, ownership of the package transfers to the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases.
Please review it before submitting a return request.

7. BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) Orders
If you complete a purchase using BNPL services such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Sezzle:
Refunds (if approved) are issued through the same provider.
Payment schedules and billing terms are managed directly by the BNPL provider.
Any disputes or billing concerns regarding payments must be handled with the provider, not Zenith Noire Beauty.
7.1 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes
Zenith Noire Beauty takes chargeback fraud seriously.
All transactions are verified, documented, and protected by secure payment processing through our third-party partners (including Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, and Stripe).
If a customer disputes a transaction directly with their financial institution instead of through the appropriate BNPL or merchant resolution process, and the dispute is found to be fraudulent or unsubstantiated, Zenith Noire Beauty reserves the right to:
Pursue the matter through civil action for recovery of funds, including legal fees and damages, for disputed transactions exceeding $300 USD.
Report instances of fraud to the proper authorities and payment processors.
All legitimate disputes or refund requests must first be directed to customersupport@zenithnoire.com for resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, text, images, videos, and product descriptions, are the property of Zenith Noire Beauty and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zenith Noire Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
